Return policy
1. Cancellation and Exchanges
1.1 Once an order has been placed on our website, you may cancel or modify it by sending us an email at support@danielella-dublin.com.
1.2 Once an order has been packed, it can no longer be cancelled or changed. Instead, it must be returned to us in accordance with Section 10 below. As our products are shipped from Asia, shipping times can be longer and are outside of our control. If the items are already in transit, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, please wait until you receive the items and then return them to us.
You may inform us in advance that you wish to cancel your order. To ensure a fast return process, please provide us with a shipping confirmation once the return has been initiated.
A refund before receiving the goods is only possible 16 weeks after the order date, and only if the goods have not arrived.
1.3 As we use a fully automated system, orders are activated and processed immediately after being placed. Therefore, it is unfortunately not possible to interrupt the shipping process once it has started. A refund before receiving the item is only possible within 15 minutes after the order has been placed.
2. Returns and Refunds
2.1 Our Return Policy is part of these Terms & Conditions, which govern your access to and use of our website.
2.2 If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may email us stating which product you wish to return, and then send the product back to us.
The return period is 30 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, received the final item in your order.
2.3 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
2.4 A refund will only be issued after we have received the returned product. The item will be inspected once it arrives at our facility.
2.5 You must ensure that the product is returned in the same condition in which you received it, and that it is securely packaged.
The item must be unused, include all tags, and be in its original packaging.
If the product is returned in poor condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
If the item is returned damaged, we also reserve the right to decline the refund.
2.6 Our processing time for returns depends on your order. You will receive your refund within 30 days after we have received and approved the returned item.
2.7 If we are satisfied with the condition of the returned product, we will send you a confirmation email. Once you receive this confirmation, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. No restocking fees apply.
2.8 The cancellation is completed once we have received the physically returned goods.
2.9 As our goods are shipped from Asia, shipping times may be longer and outside our control. If the goods are already in transit, cancellation is not possible.
Please wait until you receive the goods and then return them to us. You may notify us of the cancellation beforehand.
To speed up the process, please send us a shipping confirmation for your return.
An early refund is only possible 16 weeks after the order date if the goods have not arrived.
3. Cancellation Procedure
Before returning your order, please request the return address from our customer support team.
Send the items to the address provided.
Please use a trackable shipping method, so we can clearly match the return to your order. This ensures a fast and secure refund process.
Once the return has arrived at our facility, we will be notified and can begin processing your refund.
For this reason, a trackable shipping service is strictly required.
